Who We Are
Diversified Management Group, Inc., (DMG) is a management company that operates convenience stores across the United States. Our Store Support Center, located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is the headquarters where our Finance, Operations, and Human Resources teams work in tandem to manage and oversee the needs of our management-level and hourly team members in every location.
Our Purpose
Our primary goal at DMG is to serve those that serve our customers.

Meet the Team
Vice President of Human Resources
Nikki Yankton
Nikki has more than 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. After earning her M.B.A., she began her Human Resources career with a large Midwest home improvement retailer. Nikki’s career progressed to the Payroll and Benefits Manager role of a school district before transitioning to the medical field leading Human Resources for a multi-site clinic and a surgical hospital for a number of years. Nikki leads the Human Resource team through compliance, benefits management, payroll, development of team member standards, training platforms, union compliance, and general team member engagement and support. Her commitment to our team is the reason Diversified Management Group is a great place to work.
Vice President of Operations
Beth Schellin
Beth is an experienced leader with over 40 years of retail operations experience. She has held multiple positions and successfully led teams for many brands in the convenience, quick-serve restaurant, and specialty retail industries. Beth is a servant leader who balances people and results. She is responsible for talent development, overall customer experience, strategic transition planning, acquisition management, developing operating standards, and improving operational performance that delivers profitable sales growth. Her strong commitment to operational integrity through our team is the reason Diversified Management Group is a great place to belong.
Chief Executive Officer
Mike Buck
As an owner, Mike leads the Diversified Management Group team with more than 35 years of retail, wholesale, acquisition, lease management, and logistics experience. He leans on this experience to maintain a “team first” culture as he believes that when the team is taken care of, they’ll take care of customers and the business. As C.E.O. of Diversified Management Group, Mike has led the acquisition of more than 125 convenience stores, fuel stations, fast food restaurants, and grocery stores. He has supported initiatives that have reduced turnover by more than 200% annualized and supported the leadership team through dynamic micro- and macroeconomic events over the last 13 years.
