Nikki has more than 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. After earning her M.B.A., she began her Human Resources career with a large Midwest home improvement retailer. Nikki’s career progressed to the Payroll and Benefits Manager role of a school district before transitioning to the medical field leading Human Resources for a multi-site clinic and a surgical hospital for a number of years. Nikki leads the Human Resource team through compliance, benefits management, payroll, development of team member standards, training platforms, union compliance, and general team member engagement and support. With more than 30 years in leadership positions, Don has successfully led teams in a variety of roles. His varied experience has contributed to Don’s ability to lead teams in operations, merchandising, vendor management, retail pricing strategies, and supply chain through profitable sales growth. His professional experience includes the grocery industry, convenience retail, quick-serve restaurants as well as experience with large-scale event planning, process improvements, and overall net profit management. Beth is an experienced leader with over 40 years of retail operations experience. She has held multiple positions and successfully led teams for many brands in the convenience, quick-serve restaurant, and specialty retail industries. Beth is a servant leader who balances people and results. She is responsible for talent development, overall customer experience, strategic transition planning, acquisition management, developing operating standards, and improving operational performance that delivers profitable sales growth.
